Applebee’s

Founded in 1997, Applebees are a family owned fishmonger based in Borough Market. Here they run both a wet fish shop and a restaurant, open from Tuesday to Saturday each week. Applebees specialise in sea fish from British shores, much of their produce coming from Cornwall. Their fish is sourced daily and where possible they source line caught fish only.

The Ginger Pig

The Ginger Pig are quite simply excellent butchers. With a wealth of experience and a refreshingly simple approach, they supply us with cuts of lamb, pork, beef and mutton. All of their meat comes directly from one of their three farms, all of which are situated on the Yorkshire Moors. As they are happy to explain, the key to excellent meat is in raising the best animals, in the happiest of circumstances.
